The Salted Cod Cuisine

9th campaign - From the 1st March to the 31st March 2020

Tossa de Mar's Tourist Office and some of our local restaurants organize for the nineth consecutive year the gastronomic campaign "The Salted Cod Cuisine", from the 1st March to the 31st March 2020.

These restaurants will offer a three course special menu, emphasizing the salted cod as one of the most traditional and versatile ingredients of our kitchen during Lent.
